Gungrey: The ITC case is all about a Ban, it has nothing to do with monetary damages. The earliest that treble damages would even be considered is in Nov 2016, the scheduled date for the FRAND/damages trial against MMO in the Delaware District Court case. MMO/Nokia has yet to be found guilty of infringement in the Delaware case.
