You have not paid attention. EES had 9 k and 48 k. The 48 k is bought back. the 9k is what you see.

I wrote the following on July 2:

Making sure that $0.0005 gets hit every few days ensures that when the next wave of conversions from either the $48K "Eastmore" (still want to know why that's not in the recent 10-Q, BTW) or $59K Justin Keener notes (eligible on July 11?) come along, they'll be able to convert at a discount based on the $0.0005 low price.
