Interesting Emit! Some folks are in for themselves; they sold yesterday at .05 and .04 and today they are stocking up on cheepies again. I should have followed my instinct and do the same. One thing I have learned in OTC and Penny land is that you don't believe everything folks say on this board. There are genuine longs here who want to see BBRD appreciate, but some are here to pump and dump and then reload. I, am hoping for the best, but I always expect the worse in penny land. BRAINDEAD ARE CLUELESS!!!! THIS IS HUGE DEAL, WE NOW RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM Electricity Board (CEB) deal like this take time to vote and to get approval. The approval from the electricty board meaning they are willing to spend money to build the power plant.
still much more work to follow but this is VERY GOOD NEWS FOR US SHAREHOLDERS.

WERPO isn't one of those pinky scam issue news and not follow up with their projects. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
