All of these deals require BBRD to come up with their own funding to pay for a big piece of the power deals. Nobody has ever been willing to give BBRD money to build any of these power plants. Why? Because when there is a big storm millions of dollars worth of equipment gets destroyed and washed out to sea. Thats why the Israeli's have been shopping this deal for over 10 years with no takers.
