No...7/15 IS the record date according to Jorge and Eddie. According to them this HAS been approved. MULTIPLE PR's attesting to that fact along with the 7/30 date for the DTCC to distribute them.

There is NO record date IF FINRA turned them down weeks ago or it has never been filed.
