No, the dividend being approved does not necessarily mean that FINRA has approved the record date. Until FINA records the dividend approval, the 7/15 record date is "pending."

No...7/15 IS the record date according to Jorge and Eddie. According to them this HAS been approved. MULTIPLE PR's attesting to that fact along with the 7/30 date for the DTCC to distribute them
