Correct, 7/15 is merely the "potential" or even "likely" record date that FINRA will approve. They do reserve the right to change submission dates. Therefore, no one should sell under the assumption that 7/15 was already etched in stone. It's FINRA's call. ... not that anyone could sell their shares anyway. There's no bid so PRPM is more than safe from that possible catastrophe
