Please tell me when the annual shareholder meeting occurs. I'm looking forward to exercising my direct control and electing a new board of directors. Also, can we vote against REVO not filing for months? years? Can we vote for the SEC to not delist REVO? Who would control the patents then? I'm sure Ali would never let that happen, right? Can we stop REVO from licensing the other 40% to Eyetalk, Rainco, or someone else? I don't recall being invited to vote on the 60% Eyetalk deal. Can we vote for a public statement from the company? I would like to "know what I own"

Yeah, I'm sure those folks at the Loyola Law School for Economics haven't the slightest clue what they're talking about.

The important part in all of that was.....

The corporation is not, under the laws of any State, property of the shareholders.

You've no influence on REVO management, notimpressed.

REVO is controlled by Ron Carter and Solomon Ali. They do this with the help of their associates, including Rainco, Eyetalk365, and IQMagine.

ANY MAJOR company move, like selling or GIVING Patents away would require a "SPECIAL ANNOUNCED SHAREHOLDER MEETING" Prior to the ANNUAL MEETING!......... and require a MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER VOTE to authorize such an EVENT

Those controlling a majority of REVO shares have sold interests in the patents to IQMagine and Eyetalk365 without any reference to other shareholders.

REVO has held no Annual General Meetings.
Minority shareholders have received no prior notice of any major moves, and had no chance either to authorize or block them.

Those are the facts.
