Assuming 1B return on discrepancy on the selling the Spectrum to LS and 1B for the 1.4 spectrum that was left until recently. Dividing the 2b to 60M of commons gives you about $33 a share. I will settle for less rather than waiting another five years.
I don't think we can do anything to Ergen and the spectrum that he got trough that auction.
