The assets that were taken from the company at pennies on the dollar are worth $25b minimum now.

I think the commons share of this is north of $40 per share. We'd be fools to settle for less.

The time, money, frustration, stress, etc... inflicted upon us are worth the $40+ amount as a starting point.
