My expectation is that escrows does receive something anything is better nothing.

Will it have any affect on the pps for wmih doubtful the two are two different entities.

For WMIH pps to move up they have to be something other than a shell with money. Hoping for assets from BK is lame and as far as the GSA it has been settled.

It makes me sick that JPM comes out "Look what we found from WMI BK another Billion" while escrows sit at nothing.

It only shows the corruption between the Debtors lawyer, WMI and the Judge and most of all FDIC........

I could care less of who is right the UNicorns or what I have been stating as long the escrow holders get some money back either from escrows or from the converted shares.
