AZ, your post makes a lot of sense to me. In spite of doubters and optimists, the fact remains that time is the only key to clearing this travesty up. I for one believe that the unicorn theory is plausible and in fact i have expected, based on my conversation with Papa Smurf and my limited intelligence, that there would be a payment in excess of at least 60B.

The last few months have reinforced this notion, and the constant attacks make me believe that there will be light at the end and it will be a rewarding experience for those of us who released.

For the non unicorns, please check with my sources, they will clear everything up.

When I seen both filings 001 and 002 it did strike me as odd, but that makes perfect sense to have the Holding company separated out from the Bank .....
The "Consolidation" is very, very exciting and most here can hardly wait..... Thanks for sharing your DD with the Board.....

Eliminated on Consolidation, in a financial reporting...

...is simple.

...done all the time; usually just intercompany balances and transactions.

...however, when the subsidiary shell is empty, there is nothing actually to eliminate. The subsidiary is simply eliminated on consolidation.

...not a legal term.

...WMIIH doesn't hold any assets as debtors (WMI a d WMIIC) assets are liquidated to pay creditors and, if enough, to lower classes.

...there are no hundreds of billions of assets missed by any of the credible parties (debtors, creditors and equity).

...and if WMIIC "has all the hundreds of billions of assets," why does WMIH have to "buy WMILT or pay WMILT" for them?

AZ. The assertion that WMIIC's pre-bk value was carried with them out of bankruptcy court "either true or not" will certainly be proved real soon in the next SEC filed 10-Q. Whatever value WMIIC had in relationship to the "merger of equals" can no longer be hidden. WMIH is a publicly traded entity and must disclose all assets and liabilities.

I look forward to that report.
