Gungrey: There is no report today. What is due are the parties responses to the review questions asked by the Commission. MSFT/Nokia will respond that there should be a non-infringement finding and no ban because of the Commission's claim determinations made in the 800 and 868 investigations. IDCC's response will state that MSFT/Nokia waived that argument and the ALJ's infringement finding and a ban should stand.
