Nice comeback....mine is hanging at around 3.5-3.8 these days.
Sometimes I putt with my eyes closed...especially if I really need to make one, lol.
If I can get out there by 8-8:30 it's not that bad. The humidity starts getting up some by around 11:30 though.
I have moved out to the sticks (Sanford, NC) and there are 2 courses here that I can walk weekdays for 12 bucks, lol. Walking helps physically since I haven't been running any this year.
Out of the blue today I beat my career low.. at 60 years old no less!). Six birdies and an eagle. No bogies. Missed only 3 greens (all easy pars though), and hit all the fairways. It's been a really long while since I shot several under. Left the 63 on the last green dead in 1 inch short .....
That was fun!
I've gone to a 1 plane swing (no teacher) about 2 months ago and now it's really starting to click. After trying it, I think everyone should play that way...it's really simple. Some say the knock on it is you can't be as long but I haven't noticed any difference...but it's a helluva lot more accurate...
