THE DOG I've been calling the dividend a "de-facto reverse split" for months, and that's what it is. You have to wonder why FM went to the all the trouble of cancelling his uplisting application for HISC and buying a shell for half a million bucks. Think about it. I believe it's to let HISC wither on the vine and he'll take all the products and profit centers to the new company. Hence he has pulled off the same result as a reverse split AND the shenanigans at HISC are never known to the public. The only thing that can trip up the plan?
