If Spencer is correct (which I would never doubt his intelligence, he is far smarter than I am), then HISC will pretty much be worthless. That's not too bad for those that have millions of shares in HISC because they get a lot of new shares of the new company. For those of us that dont, we actually will lose it appears. I guess Im more confused now than ever. I thought HISC would retain all rights to the CT. That would make it more viable in my opinion. I guess I dont really see the benefit now for the avg shareholder in HISC other than the dividend. In a sense then, is this a way to do a reverse split in HISC without it actually being that. I mean we do get something in return, but I dont see much value to our old HISC shares without the CT.
