Sales and marketing agreements are paper and distribution. Ownership of the product will most likely shift to the new company. That is my take on it. What does this deal mean to actsoft if their company is not enhanced in the aggregate? I understand you guys want to read and hear what makes you feel good. In the end time will prove one of us correct so the day should be drawing nie. That is if there is not another delay for some obscure reason..

Thats the only part you misunderstand....HISC i believe it will take care of all goverment contracts,ports,etc while actsoft will market and sell the C.T however HISC still owns the C.T and they also will own ActSoft and receive royality payments on the C.T and they retain there agreements with other parties to market there products....But HISC STILL ill own actsoft anyways so it really doesnt matter how the water comes out of the faucet ....you still get a drink of water.
