It would make no sense for HISC to give up the rights to the CT. They would be left with nothing then. They will keep the CT, but may give up some proprietary rights to some of their other products. That's my take. The CT is their bread and butter.

So in other words, it's your opinion and until we get the details of it all we just don't know for sure. Sounds good, so your take on this being an elaborate r/s has no merit.
