The amounts due from stockholders of $ 82,894 at December 31, 2014 represent:
(a) The remaining balance of $ 67,000 of an original commitment of $ 300,000 entered into by Mike Connor with Wialan Technologies, LLC for the injection of equity capital into the business against a 20% ownership in Wialan Technologies, LLC. At the August 28, 2013 date of merger, this 20% equity interest was exchanged for 380 million common shares of the Company. The remaining $ 67,000 investment commitment is still due to be paid to the Company and is expected to be paid as and when the Company needs such cash resources ,
