Ahhhh… Since they're apparently doing a reverse merger in the near future, in this case that could actually be true. It would make sense to calculate the fully-dluted o/s, because the buyer would want to know what it was. Of course it's difficult to do, because the amount of stock toxic funders get upon conversion depends on the current stock price.
I wonder if they raised the a/s in their home state.
