In all likelihood there will be an acquisition (AS Red Oak stated, they are looking for M&A). Even with the issuance of an additional 1 billion shares to acquire a company, if the company has a good balance sheet and a decent cash position with little or no debt and a good fit, CBAI will benefit and will help the PPS.
