Before major news is released on a company there is normally a HUGE spike right b4 announcement. VGTL ONLY 200 MILLION A\S, HASN'T had that spike yet.

THIS COULD BE A UNICORN FELLAS. All the ingredients, these are the kind of stocks you want...the ones that few know\or care about...with TINY S\S compared to 95% of penny stocks out there...has fallen from over 30,000% higher from where it currently sits (so can make a run at least 10% towards the high....HEAVY HITTERS...getting accumulated by SOME GHOST...private companies and hot subsidiaries ALL OVER THE PLACE AROUND THEM...am I missing something or is everyone else? I'm not expecting a STEAMING HOT 10K.....just info alone is NEWS...remember that they filed a 15-12g....shhh....I can go on and on. 1 cent BEFORE FILING....GETTING TIGHTER AND TIGHTER. What those of us holding for 4 months...in 6 days we will be rewarded.
