Besides, I have spent some time reading carefully before I written my views in the link below and hence, it will save others the hassle as well.
Stanley, I think you are right on with your assumptions about this law suit. GPSI is not being sued and the Hodges are named in the suit but that doesn't mean much other than they had a connection to the main defendants in the case. It will take a few years to sort this law suit out for sure. Final pre trial hearing is not until April 2016 and that is not even counting any delays and extensions which there are always many in a lawsuit with so many people involved. All I know is that GPSI is going to move forward regardless of this legal dispute which does not involve the company anyway. It's just the current drama on the message board.... A non event for the longs here.
