BBANBOB, is it possible to have exited bankruptcy but not have the bankruptcy over? I thought Lehman exited bankruptcy but court precedings are still going on.

All employee Claims have been settled...There are none....

BK for wmih have exited BK and we have the GSA fair and reasonable...

WMI exited BK on March 20, 2012. WMILT was formed to handle "all affairs of the estate after the exit date." The BK court released WMI.

So, in legal terms a wall has been built between WMIH and WMILT and recoveries to WMIH have been detailed in the POR 7. This is why WMIH received 8M from the D&O settlement. The POR is a legal guideline for all to follow.
