In March 2015 the company completed a stock consolidation (reverse stock Split) following the completion of the stock consolidation the company was able to complete the merger with Nano Tech West, Inc, announced in September 2014 and essentially completed October 29, 2014

Subsequent Events
Following completion of the stock consolidation the company was in a position to finalize the issue of shares (which was completed on May 13, 2015) for the Nano Tech West, Inc., merger that was essentially completed on October 28th 2014. In addition a new chief financial officer Mr. Joseph Gallo BBA, was hired to oversee the completion of the merged financial statements.
