Clean Go Green Go S.A. Campion de Cruces Bld., Suite 307, Panama City, Republic of Panama Owns 100% of the preferred shares. We understand that this company is controlled by Glenn Ruehmkorb

Even though it's listed as a Republic of Panama company, it is controlled by a German. If you google Glenn's name, you see he just registered 2 sites:

Maybe we'll find out our name is changing to Nano Bioshield and this will be our new website. I'm curious if the preferred shares are convertible and how many shares they are convertible to. Could be another reasons for no a/s decrease
