This stock has been stuck in the 3's for six or seven years. I'm under the distinct impression we'll be in the 3's for seven more. Trying to understand why that is.....
Since I haven't been paying attention, (although I am a small and profitable shareholder) I was under the impression that a share buyback was in operation. Am I wrong about that?
