In total, there's over 2 billion shares worth of notes to convert.... some won't be convertible for a while. That said, as I doubt there will more than a trickle of revenue from the EarDoodad for a long long time, there will be more notes written, which will eventually add to the dilution.
Today's action was nice.... a bit of a gain with the most volume in weeks..... the next couple weeks could be better, but it might depend on how much selling the note holders do. If the product is delivered on time, that will help..
Beware, though, if it is delayed, folks will not be happy...
But, when the initial euphoria wears off, expect the stock to flounder, especially since it will be a long time before sales take off, if ever.
