Perfunctory for whom, Sir Solly?
For the company (Serge) to view the current state of afairs with the SEC as perfuctory is idiotic.
This could be the most critical and potentially fatal interaction of the company's life. Definitely not the time to be aloof about a meeting with their executioner.
Now, if you mean perfunctory for the SEC and you believe they are going to simply use this abreaviated process to forgive the accused and release the company, that is different. Albeit, not a realistic view, in my opinion.
Please clarify your assessment of the teleconference with the SEC.
