AHFD. Great info. I will add to it from my perspective and experience I have had from being in MLM businesses in the past. If the merger is true with Arrix, then what you would see is mainly the distribution channel for Activex. The way MLM business works is the people who are involved are independent business owners and they have products and services they utilize and consume and make profit from their consumption. In this case it seems our CEO is already a high level representative in the organization which in turn he has many people under his business that also have people under their business and so on. What seems to be taking place now is our CEO is working with ARRIX as presumed here for the merger meaning that AHFD will be a company that has their products distributed through ARRIX independent business owners. That would be huge. Also the question is if ARRIX will have exclusivity on the Activex brand or if not. If it is not an exclusive product, then AHFD would be able to sell it on Amazon and anywhere else. There is much more with MLM but its all based on numbers and volume and if AHFD will manufactue the products or if ARRIX will manufacture if that is indeed the company. That is according to the statement in the PR according to CEO. Thats it for now, once all the numbers are figured out we will get filings and news. GLTA

$AHFD.......http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=active+x+bars&tag=mh0b-20&index=hpc&hvadid=3527171156&hvqmt=p&hvbmt=bp&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_50tmrqb70j_p

If Griffin owns AHFD and sells to Ariix that would allow AHFD to continue to sell as above.......also note its being sold by evitamins.
