1. read AHFS statements from PR back in april 2015,
"We couldn't be more excited about the company with which we plan to merge," Griffin says of his immediate
strategy for enhancing the Active Health Foods brand and profitability. "That company already has multiple
revenue-producing operations that will immediately increase the Active Health Foods, Inc. bottom line and
increase our shareholders' value."

This would indicate that they are going to merge with a company that has a lot of revenue-generating product. Like ARIIX. Both are suppliment nutritional companies.

2 .From April 20, 2015 PR:"It will also lead the company more squarely into the Direct Selling marketing structure for current and future health and wellness products and for a virtual product it will acquire through the proposed merger process."

That would indicate it's a direct selling process which ARIIX does. Exactly what they do. Google ARIIX & direct selling.

3. ARIIX has merged with smaller companies:

4. YOU ASK "WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH AHFD? WHERE DID U FIND THE ARIIX CONNECTION"? Simple: John Griffin has a website called musicityhealth.com where he is already a representative for ARIIX.
He is in full-scale campaigning for this product. He even made an infomercial for slenderiiz.

5. John Griffin is also the CEO of AHFD.

6. Questions i have

a. It is possible that ARRIX "merges" with ahfd but what is the catch? Intellectual property?
b. How long does it last? ReVVNRG seems back on its own after merger.
c. They get a direct sales team but at what cost? Is this why they need capital?
d. Could/would/should ariix merge with an OTC company?

These are the questions i have formulated.

Spent alot on this connecting the dots. If it has validity, your welcome. It would be nice to get those questions answered.
