#225287 RE: BCS Paladin #225284

Timeline : Part II

BCS... I added a couple to the timeline related to biomarkers / Foundation Medicine..etc because what I have not figured out was if Roche was pi$$ed that Bill Gates was involved with financing Foundation Medicine so they decide to take control of it and if any read those posts, its obvious the government / NIH is already working with Foundation Medicine...

..with that possible Peregrine deal with CALICO, wouldn't CALICO need a partner now as well on their side for bioinformatics..etc and that is where CALICO makes the deal with Broad Institute, which happens to be part of the Star Consortium with Memorial Sloan Kettering. The puzzle looks like its coming together fine, but politics can jamm things up, just like sabotage back in Fargo... though this time around I think more eyes are on everything. I still say Roche is pi$$ed they lost some ex-Genentech execs to CALICO and Roche will try and do whatever they can to ssllooww ddoowwnn Peregrine from advancing.

BCS, if your theory is correct and Calico has a contingent offer made to Peregrine, why is Peregrine diluting shareholders at such a low PPS? They have enough cash on hand to get through to where a deal should be consummated, why raise additional funding if it's not needed? If SUNRISE is not successful Peregrine becomes a manufacturing company.
