I'm not convinced we are selling much through the ATM.

I think pretty much all available ATM stock is being held to sell/give to the buyer of our last 3,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock.

I have said from day #1 that our outstanding shares will match authorized so I have never been bothered much by the bad boggie man called dilution.
