No doubt the judges in the IFUS cases where Steve Adelstein is being counter sued now for $3.5 mil dollars and the SEC will take notice of the kettle (Steve Adelstein) calling the Pot (Marc the CEO of IFUS) black. Steve has already founded and ruined over 100 scam companies that SEC seems to have missed. That is all changing right now.
