#43309 RE: NDebt #43308

I believe we will be able to see the shareholders' expert witness report on or before July 17th. I believe that's the deadline for when the attorney is supposed to file the shareholder's expert witness report.

In my opinion, it is going to completely exonerate shareholders who have been sued by Exobox' 29-year old sole officer & director Shaun Kenneth Irvine for stopping his ridiculous reverse split reverse merger deal which I believe would have left all pre-Shaun Irvine shareholders with only one half of one percent or 0.41% of the new shares of this other entity for which Shaun Irvine wanted to roll us all into. Just my opinion but I believe this other entity that Shaun Irvine wanted to roll us into is called Victura Construction Group which I believe was currently trading at $0.51 per share as of Thursday July 3rd.

In an Exobox press release dated Feb 4 2014, it states..

"The transaction will be considered a Reverse Merger and Reorganization for reporting purposes and will undertake a name change to Victura Construction Group Inc."

I've been checking the case docket just about every day or so but I haven't seen that the shareholder's expert witness report has been filed as of yet.
