Yo Zach - questions ...

-Why would someone want to be appointed - NOT elected - to an official position, issue themselves bogus shares in an attempt to gain controlling interest of a publicly traded company, then attempt to pull a reverse merger - without a SH vote - leaving hundreds of SHs with a blank piece of paper, and himself a blank check?
-What could cause a person to WANT to do a rotten thing like that?
-Who could allow themselves to be influenced to do a rotten thing like that?
-How could somebody be rotten enough to COLLUDE with another person in an attempt to harm, or cause damage, to others to the extent they could both get their rotten necks in a noose?

Is the answer to those questions summed up in one word - "greed"?
