Conversion are finished and all shares have sold , CEO has confirmed this and now share structure is shrinking . OS already been reduced by 700 million and now buybacks will reduce the public float.There will be no more toxic debt hitting the market , up from here .

Well......a conference call non definitive statement about "negotiating" is not worth much, TA is gagged so one cannot get info there and at this point, TPAC is pretty darn speculative "ie" its a genuine effort by this ceo to produce. His history seems to be sketchy.

However......... who the Hell know? There's alot of attention and alot of buying and selling.
