While you make some excellent points, and while I agree with the general tenor of your remarks ...

There's truly insurmountable evidence of failure and incompetence. Truly, some actions have bordered on farcical. Oh, And then there are those that would appear almost crooked.

I'm willing, and I think all should be willing to assume the best (as I've said before, in the case of our insiders, incompetence might be the friendliest and best label we can assign), but ... If one chooses not to do so then the inflammatory comments about Steipp being a 'god amongst men' or some 'master of strategery' really deserve a logical and righteous response.

So you are advertising the CEO as a turnaround expert brought in many years ago to repair a damaged company. Fair enough. What does the shareprice tell you about his success at doing so all these years? It tells you he has failed (and by the way fully intends to be rewarded in even more hard cash in spite of that). It is your money, and furthermore have been diluted to a pinprick in respect to the shares anyone owned at that time he came on board.
