No,.. This has nothing to do with Eric brown or wdrp except for wdrp distributing canna energy drinks. It's like Pepsi or coke getting sued,.. The distributors just keep selling it without any liability to the lawsuit. Also it's just a libel lawsuit. Basically someone's mad because someone else call their company BS.
So if anything, false claims about company's can get you sued.
