The Anchor study was approved in an SPA by the FDA. The FDA then rescinded the SPA for reasons, which do not stand up to scientific or legal scrutiny. The rescission of the SPA should be reversed and the FDA should agree that a study conducted within the procedures and rules established in the SPA should be protected by the first amendment to be freely discussed.
