This is NOT a short term stock by any means or a quick get rich OTC Stock. So chill out and wait it out. It will reward you in the future. The nice thing about the price going this low is you can get into more cheaper to bring down your total price per share especially if you got into it at say $0.45 per share.(Wrong)

No filing to know if they are or not BUT if they are then there wouldn't be any conversion to shares. (Incredibly Wrong) This is a wait and see. Till then everything else is just speculation.

They are making money on every car they sell period! (Wrong - see Q3 10Q) Anyone can try to twist the wording and make it look bad to make there own opinion. Like I have said before and I will say it again... The company was basically brand new AFTER he left the old Saleen. (Wrong-The SMS debt to Citizens Bank, Thomas Del Franco, etc...followed with Steve)

This is not you typical OTC stock. This is a real company with real sales numbers and actually has a product. The volume will continue to get bigger and bigger over the coming months with what is yet to come from Saleen. (Wrong- Revenue went down. Losses went up).

Also in the 10-k steve forgave his pay that was due to him and also loaned the company $20,500... Don't forget that he isnt getting paid currently for the job he is doing.
(Wrong, he deferred his compensation. Now he is converting to Super Voting Shares at 1000X the quantity to protect his Majority % at the 90% dilution expense of the OTCBB shareholder)

Next filing (If, and when there ever is one filed) will show increased revenue. (Wrong)

I am saying that they are not getting funding which means no need for the 8k. Again, no funding needed means no 8k needed. (Wrong very, very Wrong)
They are producing cars (pics that prove that) and we should see a very nice increase in revenue on the next filing. (Wrong)

Well, stock is up basically 100% from its all time low of $.05 a few days ago. Hopefully it can continue its move up.(Wrong)
