I agree 100% but the way it looks, to somebody that doesn't understand it, there is a disposal of shares and that inherently sounds bad. Even though the description is clearly there, for people that are not so bright to begin with and may be on the fence looking for a reason to sell, they will jump the gun as it is human nature to only see the headline.
