I think all of your points are right on. But what can we say that we know as of now?

We can't do anything about AD. He is what he is. That is simply one of the facts resulting in the stock being undervalued.

We know they have an LOI to produce "hundreds of pounds" of the product by September.

We know that the results of the pilot project were positive, such that the investigation is continuing.

We know zoetis is being acquired. We have no reason to think that is either a good or bad thing.

We know, however you choose to value a growth company like this, that a market cap of 13-20M (take your pick) is probably too low given the potential.

Thus, IMHO, .10 a share is undervaluing this company, probably by a significant margin.

What other salient facts can we add? (and I do mean facts, not just "dahl has sucked wind for the past ten years...")
