LP stated a while back that reaching the 1st IA would be a catalyst this year. The Germans for one reason or another had enrollment information back in August 2012. I assume they continue to get enrollment information through some regulatory framework. (Like the one Staccanni found a year or two ago.) Once the 1st IA occurs, I think they'll have a good idea where things stand.
