At least it's a start. We should see a 10Q very soon. I'm hoping Mike can turn the ship around for shareholders.

Revenues fall year over year while expenses have risen....company has a almost 1 million dollar market cap but shows assets of less then 40k on the 10q....they are pretty much broke according to the 10q also.....The concert business is a big money loser for these tiny P&D companys...although the insiders get rich raping the investors who get sucked into buying worthless stock....also saw the insider ruse buy...to funny...trying to suck a few more ....SELL this will go trip 000s soon
