WOW.....have no idea the implications...except if APPLE is waiting to use technology already available to make casings of LiquidMetal, hopefully Engel....this may have lit the fuse......

Great, LQMT just got beat off the starting block. What good are all those patents if somebody else is already in production with a liquid metal case. This is a set back, and does not help the value of the patent portfolio. Thanks Apple.
Well, maybe Apple is working on it, but maybe in a more complex and complete way (see below). Amorphous metal has good electrical conductivity, and LQMT is what I thought about when I read this. Perhaps it will not be just the logo, but the entire body. For sure, more BMG products are coming to market and there is plenty of market share for everyone.
