NHMD is Structured for the Benefit of Nate and his pals. If I may, the structure should be free of conflicts of interest and work to the benefit of NHMD shareholders, not two guys trying to transfer shareholder wealth to their own bank accounts. From the beginning, NHMD was structured to strip NHMD shareholders of any intellectual property value. The company is at the mercy of Nate and Marc. Nate should immediately remove this conflict of interest.

The owners would not have gone through all this time and expense to create a separate company unless they were looking out for themselves first. They also haven't adequately financed this public company as is evident by the disclosure disclosed in an earlier post today. If it is true that most of the significant ramp up expenses are not being run through Nate's food company then perhaps I would change my mind but I doubt that is the case.
