The comment about QVC is also concerning to me. What start-up wouldn't want to be on QVC given all the success stories of getting on QVC. Seems to me that would be much better than throwing money at kiosks. I hope they reach out to camping related stores if they haven't already.

Which conflict of interest are you talking about. I re-read this 5 times and I do not see the "conflict of interest" to be removed. Why is this a sticky? This is a generalized statement.

The who: NHMD
The what: "conflict of interest "?
The when: ?
The why: it is "stripping away the intellectual property value"...which is??
The how: how is this "conflict of interest" you describe, taking away from the intellectual property value?

Can you describe what the intellectual property is??

And yet the share structure has remained at 77,250,00 over 6 months, half a year and a divi given to only Common shareholders that are non dilutive in nature for over a year.

I can't see where commons are anything but in the favorable mind of management.

Just a little off though.

From the beginning, NHMD was structured to strip NHMD shareholders of any intellectual property value.

They have no Intellectual property. All a scam. The USPTO doesn't lie.
