Correct, paying 1.5 million for a facility with the capacity to produce multiple times that is a steal!!!

As has been corrected it appears that Cronin DID PURCHASE CTR two years ago for $1Million. No increase in revenues or property values since then so DO THE MATH!
ALSO- CTR revenue streams of $55,000 EBITDA suggests a business valuation of around $500,000.
Property Value is also about $500,000. Here's where it gets interesting: 500K+500K = 1 Million!!.
Go ask an appraiser if you don't believe me.
