Amazing assumptions and not knowing what is actually happening, yes I would listen to that person. Just the increase in TDF alone makes the property worth a lot more, plus permits and and the ability to store huge amounts of TDF, go figure. A property less than 15 miles from the property that had 1/2 of the possibilities sells for 3 million, yes listen to that person about how bad of a deal struck.
The plant that is always quoted as being sued is still in operation and trying to strike fear throwing out 3 letter agencies. LOL
